Q1: What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Ans : MOQ varies by product. Dry Ginger & Turmeric: 1 MT. Fresh Ginger: 500 kg. Moringa Powder: 500 kg. Moringa Seed Oil: 100 kg. For trial orders, sample packs of 5–10 kg are available before commercial commitment. Contact us to confirm MOQ for any commodity not listed.
Q2: Can you export commodities not listed on your website?
Ans : Yes. As a licensed Merchant Exporter (ME) under DGFT, we can source and export virtually any commodity from India — including agricultural produce, industrial goods, minerals, chemicals, and textiles. Simply send us your product requirement and we will revert within 48 hours.
Q3: Are samples available before placing a full order?
Ans : Yes. We provide product samples (5–10 kg) upon request. Courier charges are to the buyer's account. Samples are accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis (COA). Third-party lab testing can also be arranged upon request at buyer's cost.
Payment
Q4: What are the accepted payment terms?
Ans : We accept Telegraphic Transfer (TT / Wire Transfer) and Letters of Credit (LC at sight). Standard terms: 30–50% advance with order confirmation, balance against copy of shipping documents. For established buyers with order history, extended payment terms are negotiable.
Q5: In which currencies do you accept payment?
Ans : We accept USD, EUR, GBP, and AED. All invoices are issued in the buyer's preferred currency.
Quality & Certifications
Q6: Do you provide a Certificate of Analysis (COA) with each shipment?
Ans : Yes. A COA from our in-house or third-party NABL-accredited lab is provided with every commercial shipment, covering all relevant quality parameters agreed at time of order.
Q7: Can you supply organically certified products?
Ans : Yes. Organic-certified produce (NPOP standard, recognized under EU Organic regulations) is available for moringa, turmeric, and select spice lines. Please specify at time of inquiry.
Shipping & Logistics
Q8: What is the typical delivery lead time?
Ans : From order confirmation and advance payment: standard sea freight orders take 15–25 working days. Air freight is available for urgent shipments (5–8 working days). Fresh produce orders typically take 7–14 days subject to seasonal availability.
Q9: Which Incoterms do you offer?
Ans : We support FOB, CIF, CFR, EXW, and DAP. The preferred and most common are FOB and CIF.
Q10: Do you offer private label or custom packaging?
Ans : Yes. We offer complete private labeling — custom bag sizes (250g to 50 kg), multilingual label printing, brand logo placement, and retail-ready packaging. Design artwork must be provided by the buyer in print-ready format. MOQ for private label orders is typically 500 kg.
