Procurement Process
- 1. Buyer inquiry received — product, quantity, spec, destination confirmed
- 2. Sourcing from registered farms, cooperatives, or MSME manufacturers
- 3. Price negotiation, quality briefing, and purchase order issuance
- 4. Physical goods received at our facility for inspection
- 5. Quality check, sorting, grading, and testing performed
- 6. Packing and labeling per buyer specification
- 7. Pre-shipment inspection arranged if buyer requires (SGS, Bureau Veritas, etc.)
- 8. Export documentation prepared and consignment dispatched
Quality Inspection Methods
- Organoleptic testing – Colour, aroma, texture, taste profile
- Moisture content – Measured using moisture analyser
- Curcumin / Volatile Oil content – Lab tested per batch
- Aflatoxin testing – B1, B2, G1, G2 (ELISA / HPLC method)
- Heavy metals – Lead, Cadmium, Arsenic, Mercury (ICP-MS)
- Pesticide residue – Multi-residue screen per EU MRL / USFDA limits
- Microbiology – Total Plate Count, E. coli, Salmonella, Yeast & Mould
- Third-party lab reports on request (NABL-accredited labs)
Cleaning, Grading & Sorting
- Destoning and foreign matter removal by gravity separator
- Colour sorting using optical sorters for uniform product grade
- Multi-deck sieving for size standardization
- Fumigation with approved agents where required (ISPM 15 compliant)
